Purcell, Penelope Sue (Penny) 1942-2016 Suddenly at home on December 11, 2016 at the age of 74. Beloved wife for 44 years of the late Ross Thomas Purcell. Loving mother of Shannon (David MacPherson) and Jennifer (Justin Sakamoto). Penny was also the proud grandmother to Joshua, Jacob, Amelia and Alyssa. Dear sister of Judy (the late James Crocker) and the late Wendy survived by brother-in-law Barry MacDonald. Penny will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
