Our condolence to Olga. Bill's life is so well reflected in the obituary. Thanks to Bill and Olga for their very significant contribution to mental health and the workplace. Bill was an international leader in this area. He was very helpful with me and us at Homewood, where Olga was a also a Bd member(prior to 2011). His ongoing determination and can do attitude was very impressive. May his Soul be in peace and all the best to Olga as she deals with this lost . Edgardo Perez

So sorry to read that Bill has passed. He was a special guy. I worked with him at CorpWorld for some time and was always amazed at his quick and creative mind and his dedication to his work. After many years out of touch, I reached out to him for a magazine story. He was gracious and helpful. It meant a lot. Condolences to the family. And thanks Bill.

Bill was such a wonderful man. I first met him when he worked with the RCMP while the organization was shaping its approach to mental health. Bill spoke with everyone—from senior executives to frontline officers—and his contributions were invaluable.
Not only was Bill an adept communicator, but he was also a tremendous teacher. I learned so much from him in a short time. He was genuine, compassionate, and generous in all aspects of his life.
I regret losing touch with Bill over the past few years, but the wisdom I gained from his company remains with me.
My deepest sympathies
Rich Boughen
