Judy passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Cobourg on Sunday, April 13th, 2025 in her 65th year. Loving wife of Cyril Chaffey, and beloved mother of Eldon and Krista Chaffey. Proud grandmother of Jaycee Jukes and Lyric Rodgers. Cherished daughter of Pat Davis and the late Howard Brown, and daughter-in-law of the late Mary Chaffey. Dear sister of Elaine Brown, David Brown (Charmaine), Bill Brown, and the late Terry Brown. She is also survived and missed by many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
