It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Heather Swan. Heather passed at Ed's House on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. 

Heather will be missed for her kindness and passion for helping others, through Saint Vincent de Paul, St. Mary's church, and through her law firm. Heather was a dedicated employee and an integral part of Mann McCracken & Associates Law Firm where she was an estate law clerk for almost forty years. 

She will be so missed by her family, many friends, and colleagues. 

A funeral mass for Heather will be held at 11am on Saturday, June 7th, at Our Lady of Mercy Church (155 Walton Street, Port Hope). In lieu of flowers, please make a donation by cheque to Ed's House in her memory.
