Shirley McGlashon (nee Jarrett) passed away peacefully at Extendicare Port Hope on Monday, July 7th, 2025 with her family at her side. Beloved wife of the late James McGlashon, and loving partner of Bruce Greig. Caring mother of Sandra Palmer (Judy Adams) and Glenn McGlashon (Kimberly). Cherished grandmother of Adam and Laryssa McGlashon. Dear sister of Jim Jarrett (Pat) and aunt to Jason Jarrett (Sharon) & Joanna Jarrett (Rob).

A private family graveside service will be held at a future date. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley’s memory to the Northumberland Humane Society.
