John Arnold passed away peacefully in Cobourg on Monday, September 1st, 2025, in his 85th year. Loving husband of Maureen Hermann. Beloved father of Kim (Jeff), Anita, Christine, Paul (Krista), Rob, and Leah (Howie). Cherished grandfather of Amber, the late Jessica, Joe, Kait, Bailey, Simon, Ben, Sam, Michael (Sarah), Victoria, Veronica, Brad, Rod, Lola, and Gloria. Proud great-grandfather to Kiara, Hunter, Ryleigh, Henry, Avaya, Dom, Lyla, and Aurora. Dear brother of Gloria Bildson, brother-in-law of Lloyd Bildson, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. John happily enjoyed 32 years of retirement.  

A Celebration of Life for John will take place on September 13th, 2025, from 1-4pm, at The Hub at Canton (5325 County Road 10, Canton). In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) or a charity of your choice.
