It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Catherine Buchan (nee Moffat) on September 27th, 2025, in Cobourg in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late John Buchan. Dear mother to Karen (Doug Lent), Neil Buchan (Sandra), and Lynn (Bob Mellon). Cherished grandmother of Graham Lent (Jessie Bush), Alison (Liam Sorrell), Scott Lent, John Buchan (Heather Gerken), Charlie Buchan (Hannah Brightman), Andrea (Sean Loffhagen), Bradley Mellon (Brooklyn McConnell). Proud great-grandmother of Reid and Keagan Sorrell. Dear sister of the late Gail Johnston.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Golden Plough Lodge for the care they provided Patricia.
