With heavy hearts we announce the passing of John Turner on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 in Cobourg, in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Debbie (nee Paudash), and loving father of Jamie (Kim) and Shawn (Shayna). Cherished Poppee/Johnnie to grandchildren Mason, Trinity, Madelyn, Caylee, Carson, Jessica, and Dakota. Dear son of Margaret and the late George Turner, and brother to Doug (Terry), Jody (Michele), Kerry (George), and Patti (Mike). John had a great love of baseball and golf, and will be missed on the sidelines and at the rink as he watched his grandchildren play sports.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Rushnell Funeral Home (103 Mill Street North) for John’s Celebration of Life from 4 - 8pm on Friday, November 14th, 2025. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John’s memory to Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice.
