It is with profound heartbreak we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Clout, who passed away after a brief illness in Port Hope, ON on December 14th, 2025.

Bob will be sorely missed by his wife Christiane Mckenna-Clout, son Jeffrey Clout; his sisters Kathryn Clout, Karen Clout (David), his nephews Sebastien, Beckett; his sisters in law Nancy Mckenna Wendt (Clifford), Colleen Mckenna (Rick); brother in law Keith Mckenna, his nieces Stephanie (Michelle), Andrea (Chuck), and close family friends Beverley and Brittney. Bob will be reunited in peace with his mother Frances, Father Edward and Brother Randy.

Bob was born in Montreal, QC on June 4th, 1954 before later moving to Ontario. He enjoyed a long career at PolyOne in the sales of vinyl & plastics, retiring in 2016. He was a talented craftsman in his years building decks & various cabinetry. Bob was a devoted husband and proud father to his son Jeffrey. Bob was always helping others, often assisting his wife & sons friends as if they were his own family.

Bob enjoyed many holidays with his family to the Outer Banks and road trips throughout America. Bob was always known for his sense of humour, often catching many off guard with his wit. He will be greatly missed.

There will be a graveside service for Bob at a later date in the spring.
