On Sunday, January 25, 2026, we sadly lost Paul Francis Sabo, who passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville after a short battle with cancer. His passing was sudden and heartbreaking.

Paul was one of the kindest, most generous, and genuine people you could ever meet. He was a devoted father and a proud grandfather, roles he cherished deeply. A talented artist and writer, Paul had a creative soul and a thoughtful mind. He enjoyed spending quiet moments doing crossword puzzles and codewords, finding joy in simplicity and solitude.

His kind heart and sense of humour were unmatched, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
