Loving father of Ryan Dowler, Jenene (Jason Clark) and Bradley Dowler (Rebecca). Dear grandfather of Benjamin, Johnathan and Emily Dowler, Trent and Julia Clark. Son of the late Kenneth and Peggy Dowler. Brother of Darryl Dowler, Kathy Leblanc and Beth Hicks.
