Cook, Hazel Frances Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Tuesday April 19, 2016. Hazel Davis beloved wife of the late Orville Cook. Dear mother of Shirley Sheppard, Norma Nelson, Bill and Kathy Cook, Keith and Laura Cook, Sharon Knight, Marcia and Gerry Knight and the late Willis George Cook. Sister of Helen McGill and the late Marjorie Douglas, William Davis, Kenneth (Jim) Davis, Nancy Davis and Norman Davis. Sadly missed by 18 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 1 great-grandchild.
