Cotter, Glencoe Henry (WWII Veteran) Passed away peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Saturday, April 1, 2017. Glen Cotter beloved husband of Julie Freeman. Dear father of Garrie Cotter, Rodney Cotter (Anne), Suzanne Ashby (Earl) and Phil Cotter (Lavonne). Grandfather of Heather, Deanna, Lorie, Matthew, Lisa, Cally, Jaron and Stephanie. Remembered by 14 great-grandchildren. Brother of the late Budd Cotter and Betty Vanhinsberg. A celebration of Glen's life will be held at the Town Park Recreation Centre, 62 McCaul Street, Port Hope on Saturday April 15, 2017 from 2-4 pm.
