So sorry to hear of John's passing , we grew up together in Fortune and attended the same school and class , He loved music and had a good singing voice we enjoyed the Junior Red Cross at school where we learned new songs to sing . John had a big heart and loved to laugh , he was concerned about other people and their problems and how he could help . I am sorry that we did not keep in contact through the years but time and distance does that too often but please except my condolences he was a gentle soul.

Sincerest condolences to the Pierce family for their loss. John was my best friend for some 40 years. John was a kind, generous and honest person who enjoyed his life and family. Our families enjoyed a lot a good times together in Port Hope and later in Lindsay. I will miss our conversations and, in particular, his gregarious good cheer when we spoke.

Dear Jennifer, Christopher, Andrew, Vicki,
So sorry to hear about Jack's passing but happy to hear that you were all there for him at the time.
Christopher and Andrew, we met when you came for Lisa's wedding. Jennifer and Vicki we haven't but Jack has spoken to me about you over the years on the phone.
Jack was very important to our family when we were growing up and spent many hours at our house. It felt like I had a third brother. Charl is my age and has been filling me in on the things you have been experiencing recently.
Sadie, you will know who I am and please know that many people here are sending their best wishes, including Phyllis.
