Passed away peacefully at his home in Oshawa, Saturday November 17, 2018. Joe beloved husband of the late Judy Stamp. Loving father of Wendy (Anthony Capkun). Survived by his only granddaughter Clara. Brother of Wayne Schroder (Debbie), Christine Caldarelli (Tony) and Sandra Menard (James). Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope,  Saturday November 24, 2018 from 1 pm until time of Funeral Service at 2 pm.
