I send my condolences in the passing of your dear Mom. I always admired your Mom in so many ways. We enjoyed little visits with her at Rose Glen.
Thank you so much for visiting Mom and inviting her to attend the service Friday morning. I would have liked to be there too.

Such a wonderful and spirited woman who will be missed by all that knew her. Have cherished memories of visiting the farm (and the cottage) and watching the grown ups play cards and enjoy each other’s company. A true celebration of a life well lived.
Hi Catherine, I received the obit notice this morning (Fri), sorry I was out & couldn't come to Port Hope in time. So many memories of your Mom, such a clever, happy person to visit. She helped me, many years ago, discussing a legal issue & her information served me well. A vibrant lady who will be missed.Take care
Mary was an integral part of the Jack Burger Sports Complex family during my years in Port Hope at the Complex ( 1978-1990). Mary was the Administrative Asst to Mr. Burger and we shared a laugh or two in setting up the Sports Complex Administration. She was a genuine lovely person. My condolences to her family.
