Carrigan, James William (Bill)

Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday July 21, 2019. Bill was the beloved husband of Judy Colborne, loving father of Scott and Heather and caring grandfather of Courtney and Liam. He will also be missed by daughter-in-law Corrie Delyea-Carrigan, brother George (Terry), sister Gloria and by Judy’s sisters Marg Jones, Nancy Perkins and Patti McLaren and their families. Bill was predeceased by his sister Marie Fitzpatrick and brothers Robert, Edward, Charlie and Harold. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Port Hope Lions Recreation Centre, 29 Thomas Street, Port Hope on Wednesday July 31 from 3 to 6 pm. Memories of Bill will be shared beginning at 4 pm.
