Hayes, Harley Llewelyn Born in Bowmanville on April 22, 1930 passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Thursday October 22, 2015. Harley Hayes beloved husband of 60 years to Joan. Dear father of Karen (Bob Butterley), John Hayes and the late Jamie Hayes. Survived by grandchildren Jessica and Emily Hayes and Kristine (Jake Calvert). Predeceased by his parents Eva and Lew Hayes and his brothers Gerald, Lloyd and Everett Hayes. Harley was formally a salesman with County Chrysler in Bowmanville also a long-time well liked owner of Hayes RV Sales on Highway 28 north of Port Hope where he served many loyal customers and will be greatly missed. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Saturday October 31st from 1 -2 pm. Followed by the Memorial Service at 2 pm. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Saturday October 31st from 1 -2 pm. Followed by the Memorial Service at 2 pm. Allison Funeral Home Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.
