Carolyn and I spent several years at Woodvale Public School together. We were "the best of girlfriends" for those years and I have fond memories of a pretty, polite, proper and always attractively dressed young lady. Whenever I met her in later years nothing had changed! She was still lovely.

Condolences to the family and Erich Bahr on behalf of Paulette and Carole, Needlework & Fibre Arts Directors, Port Hope Fair. Carolyn together with Erich for the past 15 years has been our recorder during the Friday Judging. We could rely on Carolyn to keep us in order but always with a smile on her face, we had such fun on those days and we will really miss her. She was a lovely lady.
My heart is with you at this difficult time. Carolyn will always be remembered by me for her calm demeanor, laugh and kindness to all. A true caring individual living on in all of you.
My deepest condolences to all the family. Aunt Carolyn had a way of always making me feel comfortable and cared for. Her laugh and smile were infectious and I feel blessed to have known such a wonderful woman.
On behalf of Aunt Marion, Reid, Ann, Peggy and myself, please accept our condolences on the passing of Carolyn. She always had a smile and story to tell and was willing to help out with anything that was needed. The last time I spoke with her I asked about her boyfriend and she was like a school girl telling me about him. Thanks to Erich for treating her so we'll.
