Rose and family. We were so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Always the hardest one to say goodbye too. She was a sweet, gentle person.
Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sadden to hear of Gladys passing, I always enjoyed it when she brought the car to shop for repairs, there was always laughter at the front counter and a nice chat on the 5 minute ride from Eagleson's to her place that seemed to take a good 15 minute to get her home. Please accept my deepest condolences.

I have known Glady since I was a young girl. She was one of the sweetest, kindest ladies I have ever known. Always a smile and a giggle and never an unkind word about anyone. She will be sadly missed by all who had the honour of knowing her. Rest In Peace Glady.❤️

Condolences to the entire family. Gladys was a kind, generous lady who would welcome anybody into her home as if they belonged. I should know ...I have had the joyous opportunity to be treated as family ever since I followed one of the kids home from school one day. I have never called her Gladys or Mrs. McKnight...it has always been Mom. I will always remember her and especially her smile and her laugh. The world has lost a special soul. I will never again meet anyone like Mom.

Mom and I went to visit Gladys and have lunch at the local pub in Port Hope. We had such a fun time. Gladys was always so cheerful and happy. Later we went to her house and she showed me all her knitting for all the grandchildren and great grandchildren. I think it took her all year to knit the lovely Xmas gifts for the kids. Gladys may you Rest In Peace. Love, Christine.
