Passed away peacefully in his 79^th year at QHC Bellville General Hospital on Thursday July 22, 2021. Toby Skinner beloved husband of the late Norma Elson. Cherished father of Gordon (Sandra), Sandra (Domenic Ninni), Stephanie (Les Kota) and Brian (Sharleen). Grandfather to six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Tuesday July 27 from 10:30 to 12:30 am. Funeral Mass at the Church of Our Lady of Mercy, 155 Walton Street, Port Hope, Tuesday 1 pm. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
