Passed away in Port Hope on Wednesday September 15, 2021. Spencer Devine beloved son of Elizabeth Jeffries Bradley (Patrick Bradley) and Murray Devine (Charlene Larocque). Father to Dominic and Jesse Devine. Dear brother to Chase Devine, Amanda Devine, Riley Devine and step-brother to Crystal Larocque, Jesse Kennelly (Kirstin) and Scott Bradley (Lindsay). Loved grandson of Elizabeth and the late Roy Devine and the late Ken and Evelyn Jeffries. Spencer will be also missed by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Private family service.
