Passed away at Lakeridge Heath, Oshawa on  Thursday April 7, 2022. Dean was the dear brother of the late Eugene and Jeffrey Shepard. Survived by sister Teresa Jones (Rick) and Sister-in-law  Lori Shepard. Uncle of Jack Jones.
