Passed away at Ed’s House Hospice on Saturday July 2, 2022. Jim was affectionately known as ‘pops’, he loved to meet new people and gave the best hugs. Jim Brand beloved husband of Heather Brown. Dear father of Paul Brand (Alice), Greg Brand (Melanie), Darren Stitt (Laura), Ryan Stitt (Julie) and the late Sean Stitt. Survived by grandchildren Brooke Brand, Taylor and Lauren Brand, Joel Stitt (Emily Kennedy) Adam and Kyle Stitt, Ben and Livy Stitt. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Tuesday July 12, 2022 from 2–4 pm and 6–8 pm. A celebration of life gathering is being planned.
