I didn't post before now because I didn't realize that I could. Darlene was a good friend to me these last few years. She was always there to share a coffee and listen to my troubles. We spent many days chatting in the garden, or back yard, or at her kitchen table. She was so special and so caring and very set in her ways! Lol. I love you my friend it was very tough to say goodbye may you rest in peace. Sleep well <3

I have not seen Darlene in so many years, I knew her for many years since childhood up into our 20s,30s. Life goes by so fast. I am sad to learn the news of her passing with condolences. I moved from my hometown, when she lived in Oshawa with her first husband since her daughter Miranda was a small girl. I cherish the fun memories and laughter we shared; We enjoyed our company with memories of the apple farm, and we attended a few social events together, she was inquisitive always asking questions. Darlene and the Mulder family were in my hometown of Bowmanville. I also baby-sat Darlene since a young age and the twins. Darlene and I visited growing up and her family often over the years. They made me feel so welcome. I was thinking of Darlene recently eternal love and peace angel. Loving strength to the Mulder Family at this time.

I miss her and her brother Ron. A sister and a brother. Sorry to hear. As cousins we spent a lot of time together in the 70s and 80s. Just learned about this...tears are not enough. A celebration of life is in order! A personal ceremony. Hearts are deeply broken...forever. I can try and peer into the skyline and look for a silver lining. The sun will shine bright tomorrow. Bye Darlene. It's whittle wandy.

My sincere condolences to Kevin and Miranda at the loss of their mother and wife.
When I lived at 47 Wellington she was always bustling about usually involved in some gardening project, and she always had a good word to share.
The world is lesser without her!

Darlene is my chosen little sister and life long friend. Growing up with her was the best childhood 2 children could ever ask for. We were outdoor kids all year long. We both agreed “ Thank GOD we were pre internet children . Darlene is irreplaceable . I will never have a friendship as long as we had. I will miss her greatly . My sincere condolences go to Kevin and Miranda . This is my favourite photo of Darlene. She is finally legal age. Pretty isn’t she ?

Darlene was the type of person to help everyone. (Including the animals) I valued our friendship and felt like I had another sister. I'm at peace only, because she, is now at peace. Hopefully there are not any weeds in her heavenly garden, just lots of beauty.
My heartfelt sympathy to Kevin and Miranda.

Kevin and Miranda, my heartfelt condolences. Heaven now has another rather wild angel. Darlene is probably reading one of her favourite books to the rest of those heavenly souls. A strong and brave woman right to the end. I treasure the memories and will always be grateful that Darlene was my friend. Judy
