Passed away Nov 13, 2022 in his 81st year peacefully at NH Hospital with his daughters by his side. Elmer was the loving husband to Linda for 35 years, loving father to Lisa (Mark), Todd and Kim (Rob) stepfather to Becki (Bill), Jason (Jennifer) and Chris (Mackenzie). Proud grandpa/Poppa of Devon, Austin, Nick, Ryan, Alex, Tori, RJ, Kody, Gracy, and Josh. Proud great-grandpa of Jaxson and Angelica. Dear brother of Gerald, Milton (Nancy) and the late Jean Elliott. Friends will be received at Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Thursday Nov. 17, 2022, 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm with the service Friday Nov. 18, 2022 at 11:00 am.
