Obituary of Morley Ward McLean

In loving memory of Morley Ward McLean, January 23, 1962 - July 29, 2023. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Grace McLean, Son Tristen (Emily), Super puppy Lola Parents Carol McLean and Christopher McLean (predeceased); Loved by brother, Barry and sister-in-law, Judy; Nephew, Taylor (Kristin); Niece, Tara (Edmundo); Nephew, Hunter (Britney): Aunt, Sharon (Scott); Loved by mother-in-law, Georgina Cada; father-in-law Angus Cada (predeceased); Many special nieces and nephews including; Jennifer (John); Jordan (Dom) and more. Will be missed by many sister and brother in-laws, especially Clifford McKinley and Bill Hardwick along with dear friends Greg Dicaire and Joseph Kuehl. Morley was born in Granby, Québec, but resided in the Sudbury area and Ottawa for most of his life. His favourite place to be was Manitoulin Island. Morley was a highly skilled and avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors on many adventures with family and friends. He spent lots of time working on vehicles with his son, Tristen. Morley was always a phone call away and ready to help out anyone; he was the go-to person for any vehicle problem. He enjoyed listening to music, in particular Neil Young and Jimmy Buffet. He had a great sense of humour that will be missed by all. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Saturday August 12, 2023 from noon until time of Memorial Service at 1 pm.
