I have had the pleasure of knowing and working for the Olivers for many years. Don was always a charmer, forever painting and repainting his trucks, he truly had a flair! To Mike and family, my sincerest condolences.

To the family of Donald Oliver, I extend to you my sincere sympathies on his passing. Along with my late husband, Rod Parrott, we knew Donald through his excavating business. Rod did many renovations on his mother's home. Donald was a very pleasant and jovial person. My condolences

Dear Neal, Mike, Kim, and Dawson,
Today, I was so saddened to have read Don's name in the obituary.Especially , on his Wedding Anniversary. The most beautiful wedding. I will never forget. Truly, remembering my uncle with his beautiful bride. They cherished each other with every smile . The smiles they shared with each other and others on their face.
You could feel the amazing grace.
Uncle Don and Aunt Nancy always gave me lots of love growing up.
Truly, sings in my heart everyday when I pour my coffee in my cup.
Christmases were so happy with joy.
Don and Nancy always made sure I had a toy.
Now their love on above.
The memories are like the feathers of a dove.
Remembered Deeply,
Betty Ann .

I shall long remember Mr. Oliver's kindness to me when I settled in Port Hope 23 years ago. One day, while cutting the grass I inadvertently struck a partially buried rock and broke the lawn mower blade. Mr. Oliver was driving by and stopped to ask if he might help. Half an hour later, after loading the machine in his truck, taking me to his shop and fixing the chipped blade, I was back home and finishing up the grass. My offer to compensate him was declined. As he was driving away, he called out "welcome to town!". I have very much felt welcomed, and it all began with the remarkable generosity of Mr. Oliver.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Don.
I had the pleasure of caring for this fine man at Regency.
There will be a big void on 1st floor.
His smirk, and country classic music will also be missed.
RIP Donald John Oliver

My condolences go out to the Oliver family. I worked for Don and Bill in 1980 and I learned a lot about the construction industry. Don was great to work with, such a good operator. Every time I saw him after that he was he would stop to talk and ask how I was doing. RIP Don.

Ohhhhh Papa....where do I even begin? Everyone knows the one in a million relationship that you and I had. I will miss you so much but I'm so happy that my last memory of you is the one of us on the couch at the cottage on Thanksgiving. Oh the laughs!!!! And shenanigans!!!! We could always make the other crack up uncontrollably. You were a good Papa to Cody as well and a good friend to Clint. You guys had so much in common and could talk for hours. To Kim, Mike, Dawson and Neil We are so sorry for this tremendous loss. We hope you can take comfort in knowing that he is with Nancy again and celebrating their anniversary once again.....wow.....that is a beautiful love story. Love to you all❤️ Tami, Clint and Cody
