Our sincere condolences to John’s family. We are so sorry for your loss. John was a wonderful man and friend. Gary had the opportunity to enjoy many fun hunting trips with John (and Ted) over the years since we moved into the area. It was always a pleasure to see John when he dropped by the house to plan those trips or reminisce with Gary. May he rest in peace.

Many happy memories of hunting with John (and Ted and Davey). John had a way of reading into people and situations from angles that most of us missed, often humorous and always witty.
He had a quick mind and open heart, and was a good friend who would somehow show up when he was most needed.
Such a sad loss too soon. I’m high school John and I were student councillors together. We went on a school counsellor trip to Kingston and he drove his big ole Buick that sucked gas so bad. Never forget the laughs of that week! Rest in peace buddy!
Johnny will surely be missed. Johnny was such a great friend, he will be always be remembered for his big heart and big smile. Grant and Johnny would talk a lot together about fishing, hunting and just about life… will miss those calls and his voice. Rest in Peace my friend.
