Dear Joanne and Family:
Jim and I were sadden to hear about the sudden passing of Bob. He was a very kind man and neighbour. Bob enjoyed visiting with our dog, Benji and chatting with us outside his house. He will be missed in the neighbourhood. Sending sincere condolences during this time of sorrow. Melody and Jim Wood

Will always remember how content Bob was sitting by the pool in Daytona just looking at the water. Then he'd say come on let's walk to the station. Good good times.

Cousin Bob was always fun to be with. No matter what was going on in your life, Bob could have you laughing right away. We had great times in Daytona, and on a special trip to the local Boot Hill Saloon (a biker bar).
In 2019 Bob joined our cousins Art, Don, and Jean Vowels, and made a trip to Vernonville, the home of the first Aitchisons to arrive in Canada. In the 1840s David Aitchison and his wife Mary emigrated from Morebattle, Scotland, to Canada and settled in Northumberland County. We had a great day, and Bob kept us laughing.
Attached is a photo of the Vernonville Church attended by our ancestors.
Left to Right, Bruce, Jean, Art, Don, and Bob.
I will miss you.
Bruce
