Passed away peacefully at her home in Port Hope with her family at her side, on Friday December 29, 2023. Annette Bracci was the beloved wife of Geoff Hodgson. Dear mother of Steven Bracci and Latara Bracci (Raymond Vosburgh). Daughter of Jim and Pat Bracci. Sister of Lisa Bracci (Shawn Martin) her daughter Rilea and the late Denene Smith (late Steven Smith) and survived by their son Brandon (Hailey). Annette will be greatly missed by all her family and friends whose lives she touched. Private arrangements.
