L. Doreen Woods (Tarrington)

Doreen was carried home on angel's wings April 28, 2024 to join her late husband, William Tarrington. Doreen was predeceased by her parents Claude and Alice Goodrich. Doreen leaves behind her only son Floyd. Grandchildren Phillip, Stephen, Adam, Laura and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her best friend Carol. Born in Cobourg and raised in Dundonald. She later returned to Port Hope to raise her family. Doreen Retired from General Foods after 30 years of service. She was an active member of the Port Hope United church for many years until she moved to Kingston and joined Calvary Bible Church.Visitation will be held at Allison Funeral home On Tuesday May 7, 2024 from 12-2pm.The interment will follow at 3pm at Welcome Cemetery.
