Obituary of Shirley Loretta Temple

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Temple (nee Whatmore) on July 22, 2024. She was 89 years young; predeceased by her late husband William Earl Temple.

She will be truly missed by Sharon and Jack Guest (nee Temple), granddaughters Becky (Marc) and Jenny (Alex), and her five great-grandsons.

Shirley loved her family, friends, figure skating, the Toronto Blue Jays, and travel. Shirley was an active member of the Whitby Senior's Centre for many years.

Shirley requested a private funeral.
