Ross, Mavis Audrey Passed away at Roseglen Village, Port Hope, Sunday August 1, 2004. Mavis immigrated to Canada as a war bride in 1946 and settled in St. Catharines. Beloved wife of George Ross. Dear mother of Ann Martin (William) of St. Catharines and John Ross (Nancy) of Peterborough. Loving grandmother to Paul Martin (Ronda), Lynn Whitehead (Richard) and the late Peter John Martin. Great-grandmother to Jennifer, Marissa, Lauren and Emma. Memorial Funeral Service will be held at St. Mark?s Anglican Church, 51 King Street, Port Hope, Tuesday August 24, 2004 at 1:30 pm. St. Mark's Parish Hall Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. At the "Y" stay to the left, you are now on Mill St. N. Follow Mill St. N. south to County Rd. 2, Peter St. at the railway underpass. Turn left on Peter St. Follow Peter St. east a short block to King St. Turn left on King St. The church is a short distance along on the east (right) side of the street.
