Brother of Cindy Mac Neil. Grandson of Anne and Carman Throop and Marcella Mac Neil and the late Joseph MacNeil. Uncle of David and Wade. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Tuesday 7-9 pm and 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Wednesday.
