Obituary of Catherine Adeline Armstrong

Armstrong, Catherine Adeline (Ad) Peacefully at Community Nursing Home, Port Hope on Friday September 2, 2005 in her 92nd year. Daughter of the late William and Julia Armstrong. Beloved sister of Eleanor Colquhoun of Port Hope. ?Auntie Ad? to John Colquhoun of Kanata, ON and the late Pat Lawrence of Port Hope. Survived by grandnephews Michael, David and Steven Lawrence and grandnieces Julie Colquhoun-Promoli and Tryshia Colquhoun. Ad was a lifelong resident of Port Hope, a former employee of Nicholson File/Cooper Tools, a former member of the Port Hope and Dalewood Golf Clubs and a diehard Leafs fan. Many thanks to the staff at the Community Nursing Home, Port Hope for the love and care they have given ?Addie? over the past 11 years. Funeral Mass was held Saturday 2 pm at the Church of Our Lady Of Mercy, 155 Walton Street, Port Hope. Interment, St. Mary?s Cemetery.
