Hennessy, Muriel Hazel Passed away at Hospital in Peterborough on Monday October 15, 2007. Muriel Bowen beloved wife of the late Acel Hennessy. Dear mother of Robert (Bob) Hennessy (Helen) and the late Marjorie Sharpe. Loving grandmother to grandchildren Susan (Brent Goodyear), Carolyn (Malcolm Barker), Tim Sharpe (Deirdre Barry), John Hennessy (Monica), Peter Hennessy (Debbie) Cindy Adams, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Survived by son-in-law Doug Sharpe. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Friday 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Friday 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Allison Funeral Home Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.

Cremation with Interment

Welcome Church Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow County Rd. 2 south. The cemetery is located almost immediately south of the 401 on the west (right) side of the road.
