Obituary of Pauline May Matthews

Matthews, Pauline May Peacefully at Regency Manor Nursing Home, Port Hope on Sunday November 9, 2008 in her 90th year. Miss Matthews was predeceased by her parents, sisters and brother. Dear friend of Alvin and Miesje Barr and Margaret Johns. Honorary grandmother to Trasie, Kimberly, Craig and Anthony Barr, Allise and Craig Johns. Service to be held at Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, on Tuesday November 11, 2008 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Port Hope Union Cemetery. Tuesday November 11, 2008 at 1:00 pm. Allison Funeral Home Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.

Port Hope Union Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope. The cemetery is located just past Jocelyn St./Marsh Rd. on the west (right) side of the road.
