Rowe, Mona Elizabeth Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Monday March 23, 2009. Mona was the dear sister of Wallace Rowe, Ralph Rowe, Audrey Smith, Ronald Rowe and Cleo Dey. Daughter of the late Ilia and Victor Rowe. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope Thursday from Noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm.
