Spencer, Richard Thomas ?Tom? Passed away at Port Hope on Monday May 18, 2009. Tom Spencer was the son of Ernie Spencer and the late Marie Goodman. Father of Tom Spencer and grandfather of Tommy Spencer. Brother of Norma (Rick Flynn) and Paul Spencer.
