Obituary of Vera May Bacon

Bacon, Vera May Passed away peacefully at the Golden Plough Lodge, Cobourg at the age of 99 on Wednesday November 25, 2009. Vera Rymill beloved wife of the late Albert (Bert) Bacon. Loving mother of Art Bacon (and wife Guylaine Lussier). Survived by her grandchildren Jeannie Stewart and David Bacon and her great-grandchildren Sydney and Alexander Stewart. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Friday November 27 from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Friday November 27 from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. Allison Funeral Home Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.

Interment

Port Hope Union Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope. The cemetery is located just past Jocelyn St./Marsh Rd. on the west (right) side of the road.
