Tooke, Gerald Ernest R.C.A. Passed away at his home in Port Hope on Friday April 29, 2011. Gerald Tooke, beloved husband of Joan née Saunders. Loving father of Simon Tooke (Mai), Gillian Tooke and Martin Tooke. Devoted step-father of Mary Lou Harrison (David) and Peter Foster. Proud grandfather of Sarah and Rachel Harrison. Brother of the late Joan Stewart, survived by brother-in-law Alex and nephew Paul. Active member of the A.C.O. and Art Gallery of Northumberland, recently retired chair of the Port Hope Cultural Advisory Committee. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope Tuesday May 3, 7-9 pm. Funeral Service at St. John's Anglican Church, Pine Street North, Port Hope, Wednesday May 4, at 2 pm. Followed by cremation.
