Obituary of Isabella McCullough Hope

Hope, Isabella McCullough Passed away at the Golden Plough Lodge on Friday March 2, 2012. Isabel Thomson in her 99th year beloved wife of the late Jack Hope. Precious mother of the late Patricia Francis Hope Baskey. Loving grandmother of Cameron Baskey (Andrea Davidson) and Keely Hope Campbell (Bruce ). Great grandmother to Ashley and Jack Campbell. Dearest sister of Agnes Henderson (John Cameron) and the late May Bebee (Lorne) and Sam Thomson (Mabel). Fondly remembered by many, great and great-great nieces and nephews especially Rod Thomson. Friends will be received at St. John's Anglican Church, Pine Street North, Port Hope, Tuesday 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Arthritis Society or C.N.I.B. Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope to Ridout St. Turn left at Ridout St. Follow Ridout St. east (it becomes Walton St.) to Pine St. Turn left on Pine St. Follow Pine St. north. The church is located a short distance along on the east (right) side of the street at the corner of South St. FROM HWY 401 westbound Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. At the "Y" veer to the left and continue south to Walton St. Turn right on Walton St. Follow Walton St. west through the business section to Pine St. Turn right on Pine St. Follow Pine St. north. The church is located a short distance along on the east (right) side of Pine St. at South St.

Port Hope Union Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow Toronto Rd. south into Port Hope. The cemetery is located just past Jocelyn St./Marsh Rd. on the west (right) side of the road.
