Passed away suddenly at his home in Port Hope on Monday May 28, 2012. Ray Pogue in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Garton) for 54 years. Loving and respected father of Donna Pogue of Cobourg, Darryl Pogue (Lisa) of Grafton. Proud grandfather of Krystal, Karla, Angela, Kira, Karissa and Serena, great-grandfather of Braydon, Brent and Brooklyn. Predeceased by daughter Denise. Dear brother of Jean Godsoe, Freda Buchanan (Larry), Clare Pogue (Helen), Keith Pogue (Robin). Also survived by special aunt Audrey, mother-in-law Dorothy Garton, brother-in-laws Don Garton, Gary Garton (Mary), sister-in-law Marlene Travis and respected by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers John, Roy, Fred, Frank and Freeman Pogue. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Wednesday 7-9 pm and Thursday from 12 Noon until Funeral Service at 2 pm. Interment, Port Hope Union Cemetery.
