Obituary of Neil Herbert Anderson

Anderson, Neil Herbert Peacefully on January 11th, 2013 after a lengthy illness. Beloved youngest son of the late Frank and Vera Anderson. Brother of the late George, Bruce, Christopher, Delbert, Ross, Clifford and Ruth. Neil is survived by many nieces and nephews. Neil taught elementary school in the Ste. St. Marie and Armstrong areas for many years and would love to recall tales of his many adventures there. His exceptional memory would leave us with a vivid reminiscence of his past experiences. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Thursday from 7 -8 for a short visitation. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to The Restoration of the Wesleyville Church (Friends of Wesleyville) would be appreciated and can be received at www.allisonfuneralhome.com

Thursday from 7 -8 for a short visitation. Allison Funeral Home Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 28, Ontario St. (exit 464). Follow Ontario St. south into Port Hope. The funeral home is located at the juncture of Ontario St., Young St. and Mill St. N. on the east (left) side of Mill St. N. The parking lot (behind the building) can be accessed either from Young St. or Mill St. N.

Cremation with Interment

Welcome Church Cemetery Port Hope ON DIRECTIONS: FROM HWY 401 Exit at County Rd. 2, Toronto Rd. (exit 461). Follow County Rd. 2 south. The cemetery is located almost immediately south of the 401 on the west (right) side of the road.
