Wallace, Norma Ellen Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Tuesday February 12, 2019. Norma was the beloved wife of the late Charles Wallace. Loving mother of Susan (Hugh Laing) and Ellen (Fred Oliver). Survived by grandchildren Jennifer (Darrell White) and Andrew Laing (Amy MacArthur). Adored Super Momma of Wyatt and Isla Laing. Sister of Margaret Henderson and the late Edith Bowman.
