Passed away suddenly on Thursday April 8, 2021. Drake was the beloved son of Jenny McKeen and Steve Veinot and brother of Wyley. Drake was master of his beloved chocolate lab Rosie. Grandson of Kathryn (late Lloyd McKeen) the late Patricia and Elmer Veinot. Survived by his aunts and uncles Jeff (Linda) Veinot, Teresa (John Smith), Lisa Veinot, Larry Veinot, Kim McKeen (Mike Ainswoth), Gayle McKeen (Greg Hannah), June McKeen (Terry Fitzgerald), Wanda McKeen and many cousins. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope on Tuesday April 13, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Private family funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, 131 Walton Street, Port Hope, Wednesday 11 am. Interment, Cobourg Union Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, those wishing to attend the visitation are required to call and register for a reserved time with the funeral home between 8 am and 4 pm at 905-885-5611.
