Dear Stewart family one and all. My deepest condolences. I have many fond memories of Aunt Kit from years ago. She was an amazing woman. Thinking of you.

Sally, Hugh and Tom I had the pleasure of meeting your mother and father at their family home in Toronto as part of a family gathering with Sally and Michael and their children. I remember your mother having a great smile and she was always very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed helping myself to a Heineken beer from their fridge. This was a sophisticated home I thought.
I fondly remember talking with Kit about her work at the Children's Aid Society of Toronto. She had been retired from there for a few years and I had just started working there. We soon discovered that I had a girl on my caseload that she too had had on her caseload years before. We had a good chat sharing stories!
In the past years while talking with Michael I was glad to hear how well Kit was doing in Cobourg. She was busy exploring her community and well liked by the people that she lived with.
I am glad that I have good memories of Kit.

Dear Kit. My love and condolences to her spirit and her family.
I came to know Kit at Palisade Gardens in Cobourg, and honestly, she appears in my happy thoughts and moments, quite often. Still. Usually when I am outdoors, enjoying a really cool cloud formation, a new plant or a particularly loud bird!. And of course, when I get to meet a Manx cat.
Kit lives on in so many ways and in so many hearts.
I am a better person, for having known her.
Love and support to her family.
