Meulmeester Cassidy, Carla
Passed away peacefully at home in Gores Landing on Friday September 30, 2022. Carla was the beloved wife of Renate Kok; Loving mother of Nico Cassidy (Daniel) and Daniel Cassidy (Javita); Devoted Omi (grandmother) to Gwen, Kiran, Gisele and Louis; Caring sister to Elsa and her predeceased brother and sister Peter and Laura.
Carla's strength, wisdom, humour, sense of adventure and kindness will be cherished by her large extended family and many friends.
As Dean Emeritus at Toronto Metropolitan University, Carla will be remembered as a fearless leader, a loyal colleague, and an engaging mentor: a changemaker.
There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday Nov 26th, 2022 at 11.00 at The Church of the Redeemer, 162 Bloor St W, Toronto ON M5S 1M4.
