Odette and family.
I was saddened to hear of Sharon’s passing.
Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences during this difficult time.
I will never forget Sharon’s friendship and mentorship during my initial years of teaching at St. Isaac Jogues in Pickering. She was always willing to lend a hand. Her support and advice served me well throughout my teaching career. Whether it was guidance, a smile or a “Lord Tundering”, Sharon was always there.
Her dedication to teaching was second only to her love for family and passion for life.
Although she is no longer with us, I hope that you can take solace in the fact that she is in a far better place. She touched so many lives and her spirit will live on in all of us.
Sharon will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
May she rest in peace.

Odette and family. Just talking to some of the neighbours I want you to know that we missed her when she left Newfoundland and we're missing her even more now. Wenwere so happy to know that she was moving near you and her family but she felt like our family too. One of my neighbours called me this morning and told me that she just can't stop crying. And she made me cry too. It's going to be a while before we can handle this but I have to let you know that every morning there is a red vehicle just like Sharon's passes my house twice and one of my neighbour said she sees it too and so we can't forget her. I wish they would move....
It's going to take a while for us to feel better over this but just knowing that she enjoyed the little time she had there with your family warms our hearts. just letting you know that we are sending you big hugs I know we may be far away but our hearts are with you during this sad time. May it somehow comfort you to know that others are sharing your sorrow. Bunny Greening

On behalf of the Tuesday Afternoon Ladies Bowling League operating at Northshore Lanes in Cobourg, I'd like to send my sincere condolences to Sharon's family and friends. Sharon was a new member of our league, but she had made many new friends in a short time with her cheerful attitude and her sunny personality. She will be missed.

Boy, another Buchaneer has walked on. Sharon and I go back to school days in Buchans when we were classmates through all years. Her family lived 2 houses away from us, so we were always in touch and good friends. In our young years we played along the 'mucky ditch' and sliding in the sand pit behind the then Boys Club. Lots of memories over the years. Condolences Odette and family.

Sharon and I were on the same team in our bowling league for over ten years. Sharon was such a kind, generous, and a very genuine person. We shared many stories about our grandchildren; she was so proud of Ollie and never tired of talking about him. She brought such joy each week at bowling with her wonderful smile and pleasant personality. I extend sincere condolences to all of her family members. Sharon will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace my friend.

My sincerest condolences and with a broken heart I reach out to you here Odette , Cory , Ollie(Oliver) and all Sharon's family and dear friends. I met Sharon when my cousin recommended me to be her real estate agent in St. John's . Sharon was excited to move closer to you all and spend time with Ollie , her precious grandson. I heard so many stories , met family and friends and spent some wonderful quality time with her. We spoke and emailed after she left NL in May. It's sad to think she didn't get to enjoy as much time as she would have loved there with you .
My heart broke hearing about her sickness and ultimate passing, knowing how much she touched each person she came in contact with , her kindness , laughter and stories are now legendary.
RIP my darling Sharon, fly high with the angels and into the waiting arms of your beloved family. You are missed. Xoxo
